Information we collect
When you submit a form on this site (for example, a contact, valuation, or alert request), we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email, phone number, and message. This information is stored securely so we can respond to you and is emailed to Tom Staats so he can follow up with you personally.
How information is used
Information you submit is used to respond to your inquiry and provide the real estate services you request. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies & analytics
This site measures its own traffic with privacy-preserving, first-party analytics. The measurement sets no cookies, uses no local storage, and stores no IP addresses or other persistent identifiers — visits are counted with a short-lived anonymous signal that cannot identify you and resets every day. We record only aggregate information such as pages viewed, the site that referred you, approximate region, and interactions like searches or inquiry submissions. Browsers signalling Global Privacy Control or "Do Not Track" are not measured at all. Aggregated statistics are retained; the underlying event data is deleted on a rolling schedule.
Third-party services
This site uses third-party services to operate — including MLS listing data, mapping, and an email delivery service used to route your inquiry to Tom. These providers have their own privacy practices. Links to third-party sites are not covered by this policy.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you opt in to receive text messages, we use your phone number only to send you messages about your inquiry, home search, showings, and transactions. Message frequency varies based on your activity. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply HELP for help and STOP at any time to opt out. Mobile phone numbers and text messaging opt-in consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
